Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 9, 2026

Zeltmann Notary is committed to making this website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities, and to providing notarial services in a way that is reasonably accessible.

Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Our pages use semantic HTML, sufficient color contrast, keyboard-navigable elements, and descriptive alt text where applicable.

In-person accommodations

If you need a specific accommodation for a notarial signing, including a wheelchair-accessible meeting location, larger print of the documents, additional time, or assistance for a deaf or hard-of-hearing signer, contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment when possible. Per Texas law, we cannot translate documents that are not in a language we read with full proficiency, and we cannot notarize for any signer who does not understand the language of the document.

Known limitations

PDFs and scanned documents we receive from third parties may not always be fully accessible. We will work with you to provide an accessible alternative on request.
