I walk every Spanish speaking signer through their package in the language they think in, while handling all communication with the title company in fluent English.
I confirm the assignment, review the package on receipt, arrive 10 minutes early, and return the package the same day. Every signing is double checked before drop off. If something is missing, I tell you before I leave the table, not after the courier picks it up.
